Antique English Pine Four-Door Housekeeper's Cupboard w/ Pinkish Hue | Circa 1880
A handsome late 19th-century English pine housekeeper’s cupboard with a beautifully softened, naturally aged finish and a slight pinkish hue. Constructed in two sections, the cupboard features four paneled doors opening to generous shelved storage, with simple molded detailing and original-style brass escutcheons.
Dimensions:
60.5” L x 21” D x 74” H
The cupboard shows expected age-related wear, including surface marks, variations in color and minor imperfections consistent with its age and use. Later additions include a replacement plywood back and newer dark metal locks on the upper doors (original lock mechanism is connected on the interior, if the new owners chooses to re-install.
